Stop rambling and start connecting. A 5-day live challenge to help you speak with authority and attract clients, led by former TV news anchor Cheryl Tan.
September 14 through 18. Live with me for 15 minutes a day at 1 p.m. Eastern. One short video a day, with my personal feedback on every one.
Enrollment closes Monday, September 14 at 9 a.m. Eastern. We go live at 1 p.m. that day.
You are a total expert in your field. You have the client wins. You have the methodology. You have the stories.
But when you hit record on your phone, you freeze.
Meanwhile, people who aren't more qualified than you are just more visible. You know you need to be on video. You just don't feel like you when the light goes on.
Content is flying at you from all corners. In 2026, showing up authentically on camera isn't just a bonus. It's the baseline for trust.
Right now your expertise is locked in your head while somebody with half your experience is getting the visibility you earned.
That can change in five days.
This isn't about being perfect. It's about being clear, compelling, and recognizably you.
For five days, we meet live for 15 minutes. I teach one piece of my system, you shoot one short video on your phone, and I give you personal feedback on it. That's the whole thing.
By Friday you have five videos, five rounds of coaching, and the thing you actually came for: the knowledge that you can hit record without your stomach dropping.
I teach one letter of the FOCUS Formula, answer your questions, and give you that day's assignment. Fifteen minutes, on purpose. You have a job.
Two minutes or less. No editing. Your phone is enough. Telegram is free, works on your phone or laptop, and takes about two minutes to set up.
Not a template. Specific notes on what worked, what didn't, and what to try tomorrow.
Can't make a call? Every session is recorded and posted in Telegram the same day. You still get my feedback on your videos.
Total time: about 25 minutes a day. Fifteen on the call, ten to shoot and post.
5 Days to Camera Confidence
My five-step system, built over 15+ years in front of live TV cameras where there is no second take.
The body language, framing, and simple tech setup that creates instant authority. No equipment required.
Silence is your most powerful tool. Learn to use strategic pauses to draw your viewer in and sound more certain.
The anchor's method for eliminating the ums, ahs, likes, and you-knows that cost you credibility.
Vocal variety, pacing, and tone, so your audience feels the energy you are sharing on camera.
The most important lesson. Stop presenting to a crowd and start connecting with one person through the lens.
It can write your script. It can outline your talk and punch up your hook.
But it can't pause in the right place so your audience leans in.
It can't lift your voice on the word that matters, so the point lands.
It can't look through a lens and make one person, watching alone on their phone, feel like you're talking directly to them.
Those are human skills. They're the last thing left that's actually yours.
That's what I teach in five days.
This isn't another course you'll never finish.
You'll be on a call every day with other experienced professionals shooting the same videos you are. When somebody posts their first one, it becomes very hard not to post yours. The positive peer pressure works.
Your homework is one short video a day for five days, posted in our private Telegram group. I watch each one and respond. The same on-camera feedback I learned in the newsroom, applied to your face, your voice, and your message.
Most things you buy have no deadline attached, which is exactly why they sit unopened. This has five, and a person waiting on the other end of each one.
She's an educator planning to travel the Great Loop, a 6,000-mile waterway that lets boaters circumnavigate the eastern US and parts of Canada, and take her students along for the ride.
She came through this challenge and started posting videos. She hated some of them. Loved others. Kept going. Then she launched her YouTube channel and started telling the story out loud.
Somebody donated a 1985 43-foot Ocean Alexander.
It came in almost as soon as she started asking. The videos are what made the mission look real. A stranger doesn't hand over a boat because you have a good idea. They hand it over because they can see you, hear you, and believe you'll do it.
"It's been a long time coming, Cheryl. But I'm so ready to start sharing my story, Cultivating Current's story, the loop planning story, and the water quality story! It's like a floodgate has opened. Not only are the ideas flowing like mad, I'm actually following through!!"
— Terry Travers, Executive Director, Cultivating Currents
"Somewhere along the way, this stopped being about video creation and started being about clarity, confidence, and finally getting out of my own way. The coaching wasn't generic. It wasn't surface level. It challenged how I think, how I show up, and how I tell my story. It didn't teach me just how to create videos. It helped me stop hiding behind perfection, stop overthinking the message, and start showing up as myself."
— Bharat Nair, Automation Consultant
"I always overthink videos, and put it off, but the accountability forced me to finally just film the videos and get it done. Now I've got videos I can share to my social media, break up into shorter clips, or repurpose into emails and blog posts. Without the challenge, I honestly wouldn't have even bothered. It would've just kept being something I wished to do but not actually do."
— Cheryl Devine, Certified Holistic Nutritionist & Functional Bloodwork Specialist
Enrollment closes Monday, September 14 at 9 a.m. Eastern.
I spent 15+ years anchoring live television. Thousands of shows, no second takes, and a consultant whose entire job was to tear apart my performance afterward and tell me what to fix.
When I left the newsroom, I kept meeting brilliant experts who were terrified of the record button. They'd stumble, ramble, or get so worried about sounding polished that they never posted at all.
Being confidently you on camera is a skill you can learn. It is not a gift you're born with.
I know, because I was taught it. Now I teach it.
This challenge is for you if:
Your confidence is my goal. This isn't a passive course. It's an active, coached challenge.
My promise is simple: show up for the five lessons, post your five videos, and if you still don't feel a real shift in your ability to speak confidently on camera, tell me and I'll refund your $97.
That's how confident I am in this formula.

About 25 minutes a day. The live call is 15 minutes and I keep it to 15. Shooting and posting your video takes about 10.
Come when you can, watch the replay when you can't. Every session is posted in Telegram the same day, and my feedback on your videos doesn't depend on attendance.
A private Telegram group, and you get access the moment you sign up. It's free, works on phone and laptop, and takes about two minutes to set up. Jump in early and say hello.
Personal. Every video you post, I watch and respond to with specific notes.
Because somebody notices when you stop. You're on a call every day with the same people, and I respond to every video posted. Going quiet on Wednesday is visible. That's the difference between a course and a challenge.
You're not behind. Jump in wherever you are and post. You keep the lessons and the group for good, and you can run the whole thing again with any future cohort at no cost.
Your phone, and no editing at all. Day 1 covers framing, audio, and lighting using what you already own.
No. Nothing you make this week has to leave the group. Plenty of people end up posting them anyway, because they turn out better than expected.
Then this is a tune-up, not a rescue. Plenty of people arrive having done video before and gone rusty. Five days of filming again, with somebody whose job is to tell you what to adjust, brings the ease back faster than guessing on your own.
"Nerves weren't really my big issue going in. I've done a lot of video before, and I've always been fairly comfortable in front of a camera. But here is what was true. I hadn't filmed anything in almost a year. Five days of just doing it again, consistently, brought back a kind of ease that had gone a little rusty. It wasn't about overcoming fear. It was about rebuilding a muscle. What actually shifted for me was day five, speaking to one person rather than performing for a crowd. That's a small thing, but it changes how a video feels to watch. And I noticed it in my own delivery almost immediately. This wasn't a confidence transformation for me. It was a tune up, and honestly, that's exactly what I needed. Someone with your eye telling me what to adjust instead of just my guessing on my own. Thank you for this. It worked."
— Dr. Lilly Partha, Holistic Doctor & Author
